At Buraaq Inovance, we are committed to delivering high-quality elevator solutions that meet international standards of safety, performance, and reliability. Our Returns & Guarantee Policy is designed to give our clients confidence and transparency when choosing our products and services.
All elevator products, components, and systems supplied by Buraaq Inovance are covered under a manufacturer’s guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
The standard guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever occurs first.
During the guarantee period, any defect proven to be due to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, subject to inspection and approval by Buraaq Inovance.
The guarantee covers:
Manufacturing defects in elevator components
Faults arising under normal operating conditions
Issues resulting from standard usage and proper maintenance
The guarantee does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation
Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
Normal wear and tear
Electrical fluctuations, fire, flooding, or other force-majeure events
Damage caused by lack of regular maintenance or non-compliance with operating guidelines
Due to the customized and technical nature of elevator products, returns are generally not accepted once manufacturing or installation has begun.
Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:
Incorrect product supplied by Buraaq Inovance
Manufacturing defects identified before installation
Damage occurring during transportation by our authorized logistics partners
Any return request must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photographs and documentation.
In the event of a fault during the guarantee period:
Our technical team will assess the issue
Necessary repairs or replacements will be carried out promptly
Downtime will be minimized through efficient service support
Buraaq Inovance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or operational delays, beyond the scope of this policy.
