One of our fundamental corporate principles is setting clear priorities. With this in mind, we defined the most effective ways Buraaq Inovance can create a meaningful social impact. As a result, we identified four key areas of action that we believe truly make a difference:

These initiatives are carried out in the regions where Buraaq Inovance operates and are united under our Corporate Social Responsibility program, #CaringForLife. This program represents every act of social solidarity and environmental awareness undertaken by our company.
The #CaringForLife initiative is led by the Human Resources Department of Buraaq Inovance, fully reflecting our corporate values and our long-term commitment to people, society, and the environment.
In 2014, Buraaq Inovance launched the Buraaq Social Money Box, an initiative driven by employee participation and social responsibility. Through this program, employees voluntarily contribute to a corporate fund that opens several times a year to support fellow citizens facing financial hardship. The fund also helps initiatives such as social grocery stores and provides assistance to children affected by rare diseases.
What makes this initiative truly impactful is Buraaq Inovance’s commitment to matching the total amount contributed by its employees, effectively doubling the support provided. In addition, the company organizes special events where all proceeds are dedicated to strengthening the Social Money Box. One such event was the Buraaq Basketball Tournament, where children from local basketball academies enthusiastically took part, promoting teamwork and community spirit.
Environmental responsibility is also a key pillar of Buraaq Inovance’s Caring for Life initiative. Our employees actively participate in recycling programs for batteries, lamps, and plastic lids. The proceeds generated from these recycling efforts are donated to organizations such as Iliaxtida, an association supporting parents, friends, and caregivers of people with autism in Serres, helping fund wheelchairs and other essential equipment.
However, Caring for Life goes beyond supporting those in need. It is also about nurturing youth, culture, sports, and the arts—celebrating the positive moments that enrich life. Buraaq Inovance proudly supports local institutions and academies, including school theatrical groups, basketball academies, and track and field programs, by sponsoring their activities and development.
Additionally, Buraaq Inovance actively participates in community initiatives and cultural celebrations, including local music and art festivals, reinforcing our commitment to social engagement and cultural growth.
